Umpires must report their availability to umpire according to the schedule below. You must report your availability by the date indicated in parentheses.

If your availability changes, please resubmit your schedule for the entire week.
Scheduling is not done on a "first come, first served" basis. Therefore, there is no advantage in submitting an availability schedule several days prior to the due date.
The coordinator will base game assignments on availability, rank, experience, and other factors. Availability however, is often a key determinant. Therefore it is to your advantage to include as many blocks of time as you can. The more available and flexible you are, the more games you will likely be assigned.
There is no guarantee on the number of games you are assigned during a week or the season. Every effort will be made to be as fair and equitable as possible.
